A broker bubba of mine told me the other day to open up a trading acct in my wife's name only. And if you find yourself in need of buying back shares you sold WITHIN the last 30days (and don't wanna suffer the wash sales consequences of NOT being able to take the loss) to use her acct to buy it back.
