I live in Los Feliz, close to the famous Griffith park observatory. There's an 86% chance of a rate hike next week. I think i saw walnut is in Oklahoma. Where are you from mist? I'm in Long Island, NY About a 50 min drive east of Manhattan

Theodore Roosevelt's old home which is now a museum? Haven't been there BTW - I've been out by your way a few times. LA down to San Diego, then out to family in Tucson, Arizona -- and then back up to Las Vegas, then San Francisco and toured the whole west coast from San Francisco down to San Diego. I love California but it's definitely not the place to retire to. Just as expensive as here in NY.

Yes. sorry for the typo. That's the museum i was referring to. Seems like it's not too far from your area. Wow, that's quite a road trip. That would take many days to see it like that. Once, I drove from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon and then back to Las Vegas the same day. it was about 600 miles. Way too much driving in one day. haha.

West Coast is definitely beautiful

I guess im just used to the expensive prices at this point in CA. Taxes are high here so when I travel, it often seems cheaper everywhere else. Hawaii is also pretty expensive for food like in NY but without the same quality.

I don't think I could have drawn that first line any better lol So far so good The only one in question is the one showing bounce with green arrow. That might have to be with a gap up over night in scams but its highly questionable and VXX might consolidate in that area of support and then just drop further which is the most likely outcome. Also, that descending red support might get in the way a little with this move down VXX 17.17 we'll see... free image uploading

Just checked - it DOESN'T have A/C but a recent $6.2M improvement project restored its original natural air circulation system. Best bet is see it before it gets too hot. www.newsday.com/long-island/towns/sagamore-hill-s-6-2m-overhaul-improves-air-flow-1.5885823

This is the Phillips oil family mansion, a stones throw from my house. It is now called Philbrook and is a fairly impressive art museum. This is a neat old neighborhood. My house not quite as large as that one unfortunately. Probably not worth a flight in from out of town however... It is really a spooky old place.
