AMZN (although I included this one, I still believe there's a chance it squeeze back to the highs for a gap fill so long as it stays above that channel)

And there's more... My point of this thread is...VIX could be setting up for a relatively quick move down to ~10.70 or lower. This means that the market could rally next week (or begin to) - a low volume holiday week. And if it does rally, don't forget about these patterns. That rally may not be only temporary, but also the top - or very close to it. Here's a look at the possible set-up in VIX:

What's really amazing is that all these patterns are forming while the indices continue to make higher and higher highs. I've always said MM's sell on the way up. By the time the market tops, they won't be selling anymore - but they won't be buying either. Also goes to show what a scam the indices really are IMHO.

Well done once again Huh. Would love the market to crater so I can pick up some GOOG and AMZN. Even some BABA.

GL Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think when this market actually craters, or even sees a decent sized pullback, that will be exactly the wrong time to be buying it. Of course, I guess that depends on your definition of "crater". I bet my crater's deeper than yours. LOL

Starting to see more and more rising wedges out there. And we know what that means.
At this point, I don't even care if SPX pulls back to 2020's or not. Let's just get those upside targets already.
Let this TURKEY rally!
Cause we all know what happens to turkeys around this time of year...
...their head gets blown off!
(get it? ... huh? ... get it?)
LOL

I don't know where to post this now...in here, or the archive (which no one looks at now). So I'll post it in both:
With futures as high as they are this morning, this puts SPX into my minimum upside range for a top (2065). However, even here, SPX still doesn't hit the top of the rising wedge, and none of the other things hit their minimum targets; AAPL, IWM, GS, VIX, (XRT may).
This means still higher highs yet. But do we see a typical holiday reversal week to start a topping pattern (which would increase the rally both in height and time)? Or continue straight up for a blow-off top?
I honestly don't know right here. Tough call. Indices hitting their top BB's is almost always a short. Especially if they gap up into them.
SPX top BB sits ~2076 this morning.
Think I'll wait and see.

I'm not sure there are any meaningful, time-tested rules for this scenario. Gonna be tough to trade here. But the Bulls' refusal to allow a meaningful pullback where/when desperately needed has just sealed their fate (IMOHO) going forward, and it ain't pretty. Party while you can, baby.

I wrote before, "Does it feel parabolic yet?". It didn't then. But it's definitely starting to now.
