This is a great time to trade the oil stocks...look for gaps up/down. SGY hit a nice low of 21.50 then closed at 25.79 today, was even higher...just a suggestion.

Oil breaking out & over a short term downtrend line. If it can hold 81.30's now, it should get a good pop (currently ~81.54).
[sorry, can't add chart as an attachment]

[sorry, can't add chart as an attachment] The link I use for futures charts is down, but appears as if it lost support. Not liking the look of that. A false breakout could send it down to 77/78 (can't see which exactly right now).

Liking the action in oil. It was like a prairie dog yesterday, repeatedly poking it's head above resistance. This time it's out of the whole with a small (very small) bullish falling wedge. But that 84-85 area is big resistance yet. Might need a gap over that one to break it (like what happened at the S&P 200dma)

Through all that chop yesterday, looks as if XLE was able to form the flag portion of a bull flag. Upside target ~89.00 so long as it can hold green today.

So the saudis are cutting oil prices to the USA again but raising them for Asia.
I thought they sold all their oil on the brent or at one price
didnt know they could do this
and why is this news also bearish for brent? I understand why WTI is down

I'd guess it all has to do with the fight between the US Dollar and the BRICs trade currency, but all that's way above my head now.
