The issue is sometimes the rising wedge matters and sometimes it doesn't. At this time , the market looks like it might ignore any negative divergences.

I was just on phone with Scottrade
Requirements still 100% TVIX, 80% VXX

That's a really more reasonable requirement. I hope Fidelity changes it back but im starting to doubt they will.

That is nice they do that now. I'm waiting for the conversion to td ameritrade as they might help do it easier.

Here's my performance records at Fidelity now updated as of May 31. YTD+67.92% 1 Year 138.09% Awesome Trading LV BTW - I called Scottrade back to find out more My brokerage account is setup under my corporation (corporate account) so from what broker told me I couldn't have setup a bank account with Scottrade It's only for Scottrade personal accounts. However, when Scottrade merges with TD Ameritrade - broker told me that they are doing away with Scottrade bank accounts entirely 3 ways to get funds out of scottrade -write check using checkbook -wire transfer -call up broker and they will cut you a check

thanks for the info Mist. I guess there's no point in making a bank account they will get rid of anyways. I'll just wait for the conversion.

Guys over at local office at Scottrade throw me a lot of free trades and when I do pay for a trade its $4.95 a trade
Can't beat their commissions
Only issue I have with them is very difficult to get shares of VXX to short in premarket from 6amEST - 7amEST Interactive Brokers lets you short VXX, TVIX, UVXY at 4am EST and shares are never hard to borrow but IB commissions are outrageous
With fidelity -- do you find shares hard to borrow in premarket?

VXX going to hit high 12.90 range real soon
BTW - lower BB on VXX Hourly moved up to 12.99

Usually i can get shares on the premarket vxx and tvix. but on tvix you have to usually pay 3% borrowing costs overnight.

You can also call fidelity when there aren't shares available. Theyll do their best to find and tag them to your account.

Let me correct that a bit. I believe at fidelity you can't short anything until 8am est actually.

I guess there's a seriously high cost to short over night commissions like ib. They are the only ones i know that allow you to trade at that hour. I didn't realize you are able to actually short at 4am est. I do see the trading going on but didn't realize there's real people able to do that.

You can short a stock under $5 at fidelity. Yeah i agree. the 5am is really a damper to trading. Which is often why it's best for me to just hold over night. haha.
