Still amazes me how badly AAPL has performed against the market lately. I'd still like to see one last pop to ~116 before it's larger bearish pattern plays out

Anyone have thoughts on MOS? Thx. At a glance... Daily looks good other than the techs are running hot imo. But it got up and over the 200 day sma and back tested yesterday (~28). So far it's held and actually has made a nice push up. Weekly looks like it's got an ascending triangle going on (bullish). If anything, it looks like it's been in a range since February with the top of the range ~30 so if it gets up and over 30 and holds, good odds it continues up imo.

Got me a little TZA, SPXU and TVIX here at SPX 2174. Trying to get some DRV. Short term holds. All this small churn is killing me and could very easily be consolidation. Looking to exit these asap.

I think market may see a quick pullback here for a couple of days. Last (& only time) I turned bearish since 02/12 the S&P pulled back 128 points. This time I wouldn't expect anything lower than S&P 2098-2109. That would be a good buyable set-up for the likes of AAPL or LVS so that their earnings could come in and "save" the market. We've basically been trending sideways since the beginning of 2015. If you look at a weekly SPX chart, you see the top of that trend is in that 2020-2030 area (slightly above your 2109). To back test this area would not only be healthy, but a good buy spot. If we can't hold that area, high odds they dump this thing imo. Something else that concerns me... I can see the MM's not back testing anything and just running the snot out of this thing up and up. Could be big moves, could be the small melt up type of moves. But either way would get bears to continue to cover and longs to chase.

Many thanks dino...basically what I'm seeing but always need another set of eyes/another analysis. Lagging RDSMY, EMN and UNVR in this sector so was hoping for a catchup. Up too much today, should have bought first thing this AM. Will see how it goes tomorrow morning.

No but they "beat expectations". It's a Fed day so it's hard to bet ag. anything!
