I had to walk through a couple of acres of it yesterday, immediately found about 20 ticks crawling up my jeans when I got back in the truck. Strange cause never had many ticks out there before. I don't know if I mentioned a couple of months ago a tornado came through there and blew over a couple of small buildings I had. Knocked over several very large pecan trees. I still need to saw up those trees so I can mow. Jack you want some premium pecan saw logs? I'm thinking of buying one of those little chain saw mills that attach to a chainsaw bar. Sounds like a large amount of work but I don't wanna waste those excellent lumber logs. this was the tornado (By the way, the theory that a tall hill protects the land just below it has been invalidated) and this is the restaurant that was demolished next door to my land. It was a very nice wedding chapel and restaurant. Chapel is still there, restaurant is gone now. This long post probably won't get seen by anyone since it is Friday's old business haha
