Checkout out this chart of SUNE showing the recent movements. Perfectly formed rounded top, and a bounce to fill today's gap would complete a RS for a H&S. However, if it were to squeeze this H&S, it would likely get to ~2.00 - and that would be an ideal short set-up to ~1.05 (the Rounded Top/H&S target), and perhaps even lower. I wanted to show this as an example of what these potential squeezes might look like. A good reminder that if the market does squeeze even higher from here, it is still only a squeeze![chart] A reminder - this stock doubled in about a week after I posted this, and today it traded about 82% lower than that high, only about a month later. Careful the squeezes. Indices likely getting very close to the end of theirs in terms of time.

I don't understand the ST forum's fascination with this stock, especially on the bullish side. But here's my advice if caught long on this one -- If you get a chance to sell >1.10, TAKE IT! Anything ~1.14 would be an ideal sell (remember the 1.15 downside target from before?). Then only play it long again if it can hold >1.27.
This kind of bounce is unlikely since it would be a double from here (and imagine what MM's could make on weekly calls). But if it happens, take the gift.
On the flip side, you don't want to see it lose .50 from here.

birthmark You still around? Haven't heard from you lately. SUNE >.65 would get .94 now. Hopefully you didn't get stopped out yesterday with my .50 stop suggestion. Support still sits ~.50 (final FIB from yesterday's low to high)

Wow! Just wow! 1.40 Does it go BK? ? Wouldn't surprise me at all - but I think many companies could go bankrupt over the next year - some that would surprise many. Two recent patterns in SUNE both targeting down to ~1.15 (one of the patterns is just today's action). However, it should backtest ~2.00 at some point yet as well. Just not sure which happens first. In the longer term, the chart of the last 8 years does suggest it could see under .10. So yeah, it could definitely see a BK. Trading in the low .20's AH's. Almost to that 10 cents (already - wow). Even more amazing is that since this post it also hit that 2.00 as well (high was 2.77). Now that's some volatility. Glad you got out of this one BM. Just saw that too Huh. Thx. You gamble on this one at all or just stay away? No I never tried a long in it. Every time I considered it the same thought kept going through my head; "10 cents". MNKD has a much lower long term target as well, but when I went long that one it at least had a short term bullish pattern. SUNE never had that. It only had possible upside targets for dead cat bounces (FIB retracements & backtests).

Here's the scary thing. Take a look at SUNE's weekly chart. Huge double-top. There's quite a few charts out there that look eerily similar. Their targets may not be quite as low, but still huge % losses from here -- ABX, FCX, X - just to name a few with X's in their names - even NFLX, which isn't a double-top, could drop to around $20 from here, or more than 80%, and still be in a bullish up channel!
Many waiting for a good sized pull back are going to learn first hand the old adage; be careful what you wish for.

I bought a handful at .38 will exit at .69 is the plan I'd be scared of holding once it hit .44-.45, but it would be nice to see it fill that gap in the 1.20's! Good luck!
