Can't remember whether I posted about this before. Biotech trader recommended this 3 mos. ago, of course I didn't buy...it's a 3 bagger since April and +2.3% today on T/R downgrade yesterday. Oh, well. May still be worth a look.

Just went parabolic; +6.55% now. They report on Wed. after the close. This one has been a great trade since he recommended it last spring. We are experiencing cases of the super bacteria here in N.C. so the potential is still quite good imo.

Just seeing this has a neutral rating from T/R as of yesterday, but the full report shows avg. analysts' ranking is Strong Buy on their own report! How misleading can they get???

Reports AH tomorrow. Currently +3.2%. Never know whether this means it will be good or bad news, long or short. Only the bots know for sure.

Today's high filled Monday's gap down. I'd be careful long unless it at least gets over that now.

Continues to jump, +3.8% on this quad witch day. On this news which I just saw:
FDA Grants Qualified Infectious Disease Product Designation to Taksta(TM) Cempra's Fusidic Acid Antibiotic CHAPEL HILL, N.C., Sept. 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cempra, Inc. (Nasdaq:CEMP), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on developing antibiotics to meet critical medical needs in the treatment of bacterial infectious diseases, today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted a qualified infectious disease product (QIDP) designation to Cempra's investigational antibiotic product candidate, Taksta(TM) (CEM-102, sodium fusidate, the sodium salt of fusidic acid). The designation is for Taksta oral tablets for the indication of acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections (ABSSSI).
"Taksta is Cempra's second antibiotic product candidate to obtain QIDP status, which should enable us to expedite its development and bring this promising drug to the patients who need it the most," said Prabhavathi Fernandes, Ph.D., president and chief executive officer of Cempra. "Previously our lead product, solithromycin, received QIDP status and together we view these designations as further validation of Cempra's progress in achieving its goal of becoming a leader in the global anti-infective market."
The QIDP designation was created by the Generating Antibiotic Incentives Now (GAIN) Act of 2012. It provides certain incentives for the development of new anti-infectives, including eligibility for priority review, the FDA's Fast Track program, and a five-year extension of exclusivity under the Hatch-Waxman Act. The FDA has previously granted QIDP designation to Cempra's lead product development candidate solithromycin IV and capsules for the treatment of community acquired bacterial pneumonia (CABP) and solithromycin capsules for the treatment of gonorrhea.

Careful with this one until holds over today's HOD - potential H&S at the end of a sym triangle (that had an upside breakout that failed to even hit the upside target - similar to what XLF is doing now). Potential for ~21.60 to downside

You'd better believe I'd buy at 21.60! Don't own this one; it's just been on my watchlist for over a year.

I said similar to XLF, but actually XLF's sym triangle was a bearish continuation. This one should have acted as a bullish continuation, but looks as if it may fail. But if it does hold over today's HOD, it should get to that target a little over 49.00. If that happens before 21.60, then 49-50 will likely turn out to be a long term peak for the stock IMO.

Potential for ~21.60 to downsideCurrently trading down 13.33% to 23.21 in pre. Premarket low was 19.40 (and oddly the premarket high was $31 - try to figure that one out...?) A touch of 21.60 would finally complete that H&S pattern for a short gain of ~44% since the short call.

If swing trading it for a long, I'd try to grab it ~$20 and use a stop a little under 19.75

It's now trading at 20.30
Might need to make that a mental stop in case it needs to tag that premarket low
