What time to they release earnings? I could only find "After Market Close", but I'm betting a little after 4 since the conference call is scheduled for 5pm ET. I'm hoping today's action will give us the post earnings move to expect before then.

AAPL testing that top trend line again. If this was/is to be a bull flag, would have expected one more tap of the bottom ~101. Instead, it's more likely to altogether fail now. (and that would mean back to October lows) [chart] Looks like a bull flag failure to me. I don't think AAPL will be saving the market with its earnings. In fact, more likely to be throwing a lead-weighted life raft filled with holes ... and snakes. Expecting similar action as MSFT post earnings.

I thought this would be an ez one. Apparently not. A close under 110.75 would make me think 103-104 right after earnings (and still not a buy until Thursday or Friday for <100).
But it's instead been trading around that bull flag backtest all day not wanting to give a clue.
Neither GOOG or YHOO are looking very healthy, and this potential bull flag has multiple signs of potential failure. So I wouldn't want to take a chance on the long side.
But then again, my short term calls on AAPL have been horrible lately.

I'm thinking/guessing blow out earnings and up we go. Disclosure: I have 300 shares. GL +5.2% AH so far. Congrats! No 90s anytime soon. I wanted to buy cheap shares so bad for the last several months. This is a bargain compared with PCLN (which I had NO idea was trading above $1000) and AMZN.

Please, please, please don't hit 122+ today. That would complete that large iH&S pattern that began in Nov '12 and broke out in April of last year. I'd rather it pullback first.

AAPL's trying to break the pattern which means a head test at least (~120). But no matter what, I just don't want to see 122+ on this run. That would be wickedly bad for the market as a whole IMO.

I'd like to submit this entry for fail of the year, or perhaps decade... Normally I'm an optimistic person, and maybe it's only because I'm sick, but I don't see AAPL as breaking out of an iH&S here. Instead, I see it as currently 3/10 of a % away from failing it because of the way it got here. AAPL up 48% since and never looked back. Almost to the iH&S target now.

Finally turned down. Hope to grab some near bottom. Should at least close that big gap @109.60 or so.

Just saw that T/R upgraded to their highest ranking on Friday...so far, this is the one of the very, very few stocks not moving in the opposite direction of their reports.
