I bought some ARR at 4.05 for my nieces account last month it just hit 4.37 and she gets .05 div at the end of every month boo ya sold these the other day at 4.25 I think interest rates are going to rise now and REITS may drop hard made 9 months of .05 divs so that .65 profit per share in total will wait to buy back below 4

Someone I read (forget who) recommended VNO in Jan. '14, +27.5% this year altho the yield is low. Getting ready to spinoff shopping centers, will be UE. Comments? Of course I didn't buy.
